FPSU members from all corners of the state converged on Orlando, Florida on Saturday for the Fight for Florida Festival sponsored by the Florida AFL-CIO. 3,000 working families, union members and community activists flocked to the Orlando Fair Grounds for a day full of music, speakers and informational workshops.
FPSU members helped organize a booth at the festval’s expo and volunteered to help check festival participants in. All participants left Orlando with information on how to organize their communities to fight the extreme agenda in Tallahassee.
