As expected, the right wing is at it again. The House and Senate Republicans have announced they will file a Disapproval Resolution under the Congressional Review Act (CRA), to undo the fair elections rule approved by the NLRB in late December.
We expected this action and have closely monitored the developments in recent weeks. We expect the CRA will move very quickly, so we need your help to push back immediately.
Your Congressional delegation needs to continue hearing from you about the importance of keeping this rule as passed by the Board.
We ask that you call your Members of Congress and urge them to stand with workers by voting NO on the disapproval resolution. We also ask that you urge them to issue a statement of opposition to the resolution and stand in solidarity with American workers.
