SEIU Victory! Tentative Agreement Ratified
After eight long months of determined bargaining between SEIU and the City of Riviera Beach, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve reached a Tentative Agreement for all SEIU-represented City employees!
Highlights of the Agreement:
- 15% Base Wage Increase for all bargaining unit members!
- New Minimum Starting Pay Rate: $21.63 per hour.
- Additional 8 Hours of PTO for employees with 9+ years of service.
- Safety Shoes Allotment Increase: From $175 to $250.
- Fleet Tool Allowance: $1,000.
- Certification Pay: Now built into your base salary.
- Court Pay: A new Article 36 guarantees court pay for SEIU personnel.
