Collective Bargaining Agreement approved!

Following two plus years of bargaining during the pandemic and resulting economic uncertainty, the SEIU Florida Public Services bargaining committee have ratified a three-year agreement with the College. Click here to view the full agreement.

The new CBA eliminates HCC’s two tier wage scale, and increases the per point rate to $75 (from the previous $71 for Level 1, and $73 for Level 2) equating to a 5.6% wage increase for Level 1 and a 2.73% increase for Level 2 faculty.
