2022-2023 Wage Proposal Ratified
SEIU bargaining unit members ratified all the three agreements unanimously in the votes that took place on August 11-12, 2022 by the following margins:
Non instructional: 49 Yes, 0 No
Professional: 9 Yes, 0 No
Supervisory: 8 Yes, 0 No
Proposal Update
After months of bargaining, the SEIU bargaining committee and College administration have reached a tentative agreement on wages for the 2022-2023 Fiscal Year, subject to ratification by each bargaining unit. (Supervisory, Professional, and Non-Instructional)
The terms are as follows:
1. The Union and College agreed to increase the min/max for each grade below:

2. Effective July 1, employees will receive salary increases in accordance with the minimum wage and compression analysis (incremental adjustment) conducted by MGT.
- Employees who started in a full-time role before January 1, 2022 will receive a minimum increase of $979.88.
- Employees who started in a full-time role after January 1, 2022 will receive an increase to the new minimum of the pay range of their current position. Employees hired in a full-time role after January 1, 2022 who exceed their pay range minimum will not receive an increase.
- Employees who are at the maximum of their pay grade will receive a one-time payment of $979.88. Employees who are within $979.88 of the maximum of their pay grade will receive an increase to the paygrade maximum and a one time payment of the difference between $979.88 and the amount of their increase.
- The spreadsheet provided by MGT is subject to review for accuracy and consistency of information. There will be no retroactive adjustments made.

There will be a secret ballot ratification vote held at the following locations at the listed dates and times below:

Friday, 8/12 Brandon: BADM 116, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. |
Friday, 8/12 Dale Mabry: DTEC 114, (*next to DSTU building) 11:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. |
All bargaining unit members, regardless of Union membership status, are eligible to vote. Votes will be tabulated at the end of each voting period and communicated to the bargaining unit each day and upon final tabulation. Anyone may witness the final tabulation at any vote site.
