Wage Agreement Ratified!!
All bargaining units of our Union at HCC have voted to ratify the Wage Agreement!
What is in the Tentative Agreement?

All wage increases will be Retroactive to July 1, 2025.
The Salary Scale will first increase by 3% for all workers hired before July 1, 2025. Then, all full time workers that were hired on or before December 31, 2024, and that have worked full time continuously since, will then receive a one step increase. On average, this is a 4.8% increase for SEIU covered workers at HCC!
Your Union will also have a representative on the Calendar Committee.
What comes next?
We’ve done our part, now the TA goes to the Board of Trustees for their vote to ratify. The Board meets on August 27, 2025.
Once they approve, management will work on securing the retro payments and implementing the raise in our paychecks.
We do not know when this will happen, but if we receive any information on timing, we will pass it along to you!
