Nominations Now Open for SEIU FPSU Elections!

SEIU Florida Public Services Union (FPSU) is now accepting nominations for union leadership elections! This is your opportunity to step up, lead, and shape the future of our union.

Positions Open for Nomination:

  • President

  • Vice President for Operations

  • Vice President for Finance

  • Vice President for Organizing

  • Vice President for Political Strength

  • Vice President for Member Strength

  • 13 Executive Board Members

Those elected will serve a three-year term starting September 27, 2025, and may also represent FPSU as delegates to the SEIU Convention, in accordance with our Constitution & Bylaws.

Nomination Period:

Open: July 21, 2025
Closes: August 11, 2025, at 5:00 PM (ET)

How to Nominate:

All nominations must be submitted in writing and received by 5:00 PM on August 11, 2025.
You can submit your nomination in one of the following ways:

Eligibility Requirements:

  • To nominate a candidate, you must be a regular member in good standing, with dues paid through August 11, 2025.

  • To run for office, candidates must have been members in continuous good standing for at least 12 months prior to August 11, 2025.
