Across the country—from immigration raids in Los Angeles to threats of Medicaid cuts nationwide—SEIU members are rising up to protect our families, our health, and our dignity. We’re fighting not just for ourselves, but for every worker, immigrant, and community member who’s been denied opportunity while the wealthiest few rig the system in their favor.

Immigrant communities continue to face attacks—from cruel policies to the fear of being separated from loved ones. At the same time, politicians are trying to slash Medicaid, putting life-saving care out of reach for millions of people—especially those who have always had to work harder just to survive.

SEIU Florida Public Services Union members—Black, white, Latino, Asian, immigrant, LGBTQ+, rural and urban—are coming together to demand a future where everyone can thrive. We are the workers who clean our schools, drive our buses, care for our neighbors, and keep our cities running. And we’re tired of being told we don’t belong or that we don’t matter.

This is about power—who has it, who doesn’t, and how we change that. We know that when we come together, we win.
