Mr. Terrance Holland, an employee with the City of Riviera Beach for eight years, was a Water and Sewer Maintenance Mechanic with the Utility Special District. Mr. Holland left this life early on Tuesday, March 30, 2021. He may be gone from sight but in our hearts and minds, he will be remembered for years to come. Terrance leaves behind his mother and father, twelve siblings, three beautiful children and a host of other family members and friends.
