Our extended training and mentorship program provides you the tools and experience you need to become a guardian of workers’ rights on the job and in your community.
You will learn important lessons about analyzing power and the many responsibilities of a union steward. You will gain valuable insights on how to become a Member Political Organizer (MPO) and create campaigns for better working conditions as well as better communities.
This dual path program is comprised of five sessions that will be offered on the fourth Saturday of every month beginning in April and concluding in August. Please see below for our scheduled dates and times for each leadership path:
